We do not collect biometric data, health information, or information about your personal beliefs or family. We collect only what is necessary to run our platform and comply with legal obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

How we use your information on bravompo

We use account and identity data to verify your account, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We use payment information to process your local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment deposits and your e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment withdrawals. We use game activity data to settle your bets, maintain your account balance, and generate your transaction history.

We use technical information to diagnose platform issues, improve performance, and detect suspicious account activity such as unauthorized login attempts. We use support data to answer your questions, resolve complaints, and improve our customer service. We use all of this information to keep bravompo secure and compliant with local regulations where our service operates.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that affects your account without human review. If we flag an account for verification or restrict access, a member of our team reviews the decision before it takes effect. If you dispute a flag, we listen to your explanation and reconsider.

Third parties and data processors on bravompo

We do not own all the systems that power bravompo. We work with vendors in several categories. Payment processors handle the technical side of moving money from your e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking account to ours and back again. These processors see your payment method details but do not see your game history. Banks hold the virtual accounts we use for transfers; they see transaction data but not your account activity on our platform.

Cloud providers host our servers and store our databases. These providers may be located outside Indonesia—potentially in Singapore, Australia, or other countries. They sign contracts promising to keep our data confidential and to use it only to deliver server and storage services. They cannot access your personal information without our instruction.

Analytics vendors help us understand how users navigate bravompo so we can improve the interface. They see aggregated patterns (e.g. "most users click the deposit button within subject to verification of account creation") but not individual account details. Email and SMS providers send us messages to you on our behalf; they see only the message content and your contact information, not your balance or game history.

We require all vendors to sign data protection agreements. If a vendor breaches our agreement, we have the right to end the relationship and move to a different vendor. Data security on bravompo

We encrypt all data in transit—meaning your password, payment details, and account information are scrambled as they travel between your device and our servers. We use industry-standard TLS encryption, the same protocol that banks use.

We encrypt sensitive data at rest—meaning your payment details and identity information are encrypted while stored on our servers. We do not store your payment card numbers; we store only the payment method type (e.g. "local payment") and the masked account details (e.g. "online payment ****9876").

We restrict access to your data. Only staff members who need your information to do their job—such as our verification team or support staff—can view it. We log all access, so we can audit who looked at what data and when. We regularly test our systems for vulnerabilities and fix security issues promptly.

However, no system is completely secure. If a security breach occurs, we will notify affected users and explain what happened, what data was exposed, and what steps we are taking to prevent future incidents. We carry cyber insurance to cover costs associated with data incidents.

How long we keep your data on bravompo

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete most information within days, except for legal records. We keep transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, game settlements) for at least five years to comply with financial regulations in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where we operate.

We keep support messages and verification documents for up to two years after your account closes, in case you return with questions about a past transaction. After two years, we delete these records unless we are required by law to retain them longer.

If you request account deletion, we mark your personal information for deletion immediately but may delay the actual deletion for several weeks while we ensure no pending transactions or disputes need your data. Once the deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered.

International data transfers from bravompo

Our servers and services may be located outside Indonesia. This means your data may be transferred to and stored in countries such as Singapore, Australia, or the United States. These countries have different data protection laws than Indonesia. However, we ensure that any vendor or partner we work with applies the same level of protection as Indonesian law requires.

If you do not consent to your data being stored outside Indonesia, you cannot use bravompo, as our infrastructure requires international data transfer. By creating an account on bravompo, you acknowledge and accept this data transfer.

Policy changes and your notification on bravompo

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with new laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least thirty days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you can close your account and request deletion of your data.

We keep an update history at the bottom of this page so you can see what has changed. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
